Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a After Sales Service Executive located in Batam.

What You'll Do

Manage end-to-end after sales order for

both spares supply & service arrangement

Coordinate with internal teams

Work directly with international clients (100% foreign customers)

Fluent inEnglish & Mandarin Chinese

Strong organizational & teamwork skills

Experience with project management tools
