 Job Description:

• Participate in a structured training program to understand the Life Insurance products, services and industry regulations.

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets.

• Collaborate with the business analyst team to create promotional material and campaign/contest.

• Engage with Agent and Leaders to understand their needs and present suitable support and development needed.

• Analyze sales data and market trend to provide insight and recommendation to senior management.

• Participate in special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate Bachelor or Magister from Top Local University / Overseas University.

• Max. 2 Years working experience

• Max. 26 Years old

• A good communicator, with excellent presentation skills and material-building

• Strong analytical and critical thinking.

• Excellent in English and Mandarin spoken and written 

• Proficient in using Ms. Office and Tech Savvy

• Willing to be located in Jakarta
