Overview

Our client, specializes in producing diesel engines, spare parts, agricultural machinery, is currently looking for an Agriculture Marketing Assistant Manager to be placed in Depok area. Details are as follow.

• Coordinate with key stakeholders such as government agencies, farmer groups, cooperatives, and research institutions.
• Lead stakeholder engagement by organizing meetings, workshops, and collaboration activities.
• Conduct regulatory and policy analysis on carbon credits, agricultural regulations, and sustainability trends.
• Identify potential project sites and oversee field surveys and research activities.
• Analyze farmers’ practices and economic data to assess adoption of new technologies and project viability.
• Perform competitor and market analysis on agricultural sustainability initiatives and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage documentation including reports, presentations, and feasibility studies.
• Manage and verify field data for accuracy in research and modeling.
• Provide translation support between English and Bahasa Indonesia for reports and communications.

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Environmental Science, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in project coordination, business development, or research within the agricultural or environmental sector.
• Strong knowledge or experience related to sustainable agriculture, carbon markets, biochar, or AWD.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian agricultural sector, especially rice cultivation practices.
• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
