AI Agent/ Agentic Solutions Engineer

Role OverviewWe are looking for a professional who can design and build agentic solutions — AI-powered assistants that can work autonomously, make decisions within defined boundaries, and integrate across tools to support business workflows. The role involves combining AI models, automation frameworks, and integrations to deliver smart, proactive systems that save time and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven agents that can act autonomously to complete tasks.

• Integrate AI agents with business tools and workflows (CRM, project management, communication apps, databases, APIs).

• Implement reasoning and decision-making logic (e.g., task planning, relevance filtering, workflow orchestration).

• Create feedback loops so the solution improves over time with user input.

• Ensure scalability, reliability, and safety (guardrails, human-in-the-loop checks).

• Document solutions and provide training/support for end-users.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong programming skills (preferably Python or JavaScript/TypeScript).

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with automation/workflow tools (Airflow, n8n, Zapier, Make).

• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

• Familiarity with databases and lightweight dashboards for reporting.

• Understanding of agent architectures (planning, memory, tool use).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Background in multi-agent systems or autonomous AI orchestration.

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) setups.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Docker/Kubernetes.

• Experience in secure data handling and compliance.
