We're Looking for AI Engineer to strengthen our AI development and automation capability within the Data, AI & Platform division. The role is designed to bring hands-on expertise in LLM engineering, workflow orchestration (n8n), and AI model deployment (vLLM, LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras). It focuses on building and operationalizing intelligent systems that integrate seamlessly with data and platform services—ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant AI environments that support continuous delivery, observability, and enterprise-grade automation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and automate AI workflows using LangChain, n8n, or Activepieces, integrating model pipelines with enterprise data and application systems.
  • Implement and maintain LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, vLLM, PydanticAI, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) for scalable and interoperable AI operations.
  • Automate training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines with structured logging, retry logic, and monitoring for operational reliability.
  • Containerize AI services using Docker/Podman and implement continuous delivery pipelines with GitLab CI/CD.
  • Collaborate with Platform and DevOps Engineers to maintain highly available and secure AI infrastructure.
  • Ensure alignment with ISO 27001, GDPR, and AI Act governance requirements.
  • Participate in AI risk assessments and contribute to documentation for audit readiness.
  • Work closely with Data Trainers to align AI behavior with curated business knowledge.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams in Data, Platform, and IT Security to ensure seamless integration.
  • Promote best practices for responsible, explainable, and sustainable AI development across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with fluency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks including LangGraph, vLLM, PydanticAI, or Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Proven ability to develop, train, and fine-tune LLMs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
  • Experience automating AI workflows using orchestration tools such as LangChain, n8n, or Activepieces.
  • Ability to operationalize AI systems using containerization (Docker/Podman) and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
  • Understanding of AI lifecycle management, including version control, inference monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Awareness of AI security and governance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, AI Act) and responsible-AI principles.
