Our client operates two platforms on a mission to become the leading AI-driven reverse recruiting solution in the DACH region. We don't use AI to replace human judgment in recruiting; we use it to unlock the full potential of our data, identify the best talent-Perusahaan matches, and deliver a smarter, more meaningful hiring experience for everyone involved.
We're now building an AI Interface Layer on top of our existing platform, a new layer that lets internal teams and external users interact with the platform through chat and voice interfaces, powered by semantic search and large language models.
The Role
You'll be a core engineer on this greenfield AI layer, working across the full stack to design and build the systems that power intelligent matching, conversational interfaces, and data-driven insights for recruiters, talent, companies, and leadership teams.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of modern AI engineering and product development.
