• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp1 per bulan

Persyaratan :

1. Lulus sebagai S1 profesi Apoteker

2. Memiliki STRA aktif  (diutamakan anggota IAI jakarta Barat)

3. Standby Senin s/d Sabtu

4. Bersedia membuat SIPA

5. Berpengalaman min 1 tahun di utama dalam bidang pelayanan ( RS, Apotik / Klinik )

6. Disiplin dan mampu bekerja secara tim 

7. Domisili sekitar Jakarta Barat

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

1.  Melakukan pelayanan resep dokter (skrining resep,  penulisan etiket,  meracik obat, dan pelayanan informasi obat)

2. Melakukan konseling dan swamedikasi ke pasien

3. Melakukan pelaporan bulanan seperti sipnap

4. Melakukan pemesanan obat khusus

5. Melalukan penerimaan untuk obat khusus
