Requirements : 

• Have high integrity and honesty

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Architecture

• Minimum 1-2 years experience

• Skilled in autocad, sketch up, 3D image/vray, powerpoint, photoshop, survey & site measurement

• Posses knowledge of engineering design process

• Having excellent knowledge of structure, interior, mechanical, electrical, plumbing drawings and making BOQ

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

• Adaptable in any situation, able to work effectively and independently

• Able to work with the office team and site supervisor team, good communication skill

• Have a keen eye and good taste in design and aesthetic

• Have a good sense and creativity to solve a problem

• Ready to work for a long time with an employment agreement

 Job Descriptions : 

• Prepare technical drawings, layouts, and blueprints based on project specifications and architects' or engineers' instructions.

• Update drawings to reflect design changes and revisions.

• Create shop drawings for contractors and suppliers.

• Work closely with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure design accuracy.

• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and industry standards.

• Willingness to visit construction sites.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and collaborate in a team environment.

• Maintaining document keeping: as built drawing of fit out tenants and as built drawing of the building
