Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, dealer management, or distribution supervision, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
Willing to be placed in Sulawesi Area & Kalimantan Area and available for business trips outside the city.

Job Descriptions:
Develop and execute sales strategies in the assigned area to achieve company targets, including B2B and B2G sales.
Supervise and support dealers to ensure optimal performance, proper stock levels, and strong customer engagement.
Manage the distribution of electric vehicles from central warehouse to dealers, ensuring timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
Build and expand the dealer network to strengthen market coverage and increase sales opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales & distribution reports.
