Currently we are assisting aPackaging Manufacturing Perusahaan in Cikarang,West Java, which is looking for a Posisi as Area Sales Manager, with the following details:
RequirementsEducation & Background
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Management, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
Proven experience managing a team of 4–7 subordinates
Preferably experienced in consumable product sales
Technical Skills
Strong product knowledge (preferably with experience in packaging products)
Proficient in system applications such as CRM and Microsoft Office
General Skills
High proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Job Responsibilities
Supervise and lead sales teams to ensure effective execution of sales operations and achievement of sales targets.
Analyze and survey sales territories to optimize coverage, including assigning sales areas and quotas to the sales team.
Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to improve productivity, customer service, and service quality.
Prepare and submit annual sales budgets for the assigned area to Perusahaan management for approval.
Take full responsibility for achieving the sales budget of the Perusahaan's core products within the assigned area.
Monitor sales team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and corrective actions to address performance gaps.
Motivate and support the sales team to consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to create long-term partnerships and drive sustainable sales growth.
Prepare and present periodic reports on sales performance, activities, and market conditions.
Analyze sales data and customer accounts to identify risks related to outstanding payments and support effective risk management.
