About the role
As the Area Sales Manager for Sumatera Utara, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance across multiple retail locations within the North Sumatra region for PT Fumakilla Indonesia, a leading consumer products company. This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, sales and people management skills to ensure your team of sales representatives consistently meet and exceed their sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving sales targets as assigned by the company.
Develop comprehensive sales plans, execute initiatives, monitor performance, and provide analytical reports.
Drive distribution expansion and area development in all chanel.
Plan and implement effective promotional activities to increase market share.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
Lead, guide, and develop subordinates to achieve team objectives.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in any major.
At least 3 years of experience in FMCG as an Area Sales Manager within North Sumatra.
Strong knowledge of the North Sumatra market.
Established network with pareto outlets.
Proven relationships with Local Modern Trade (LMT) buyers.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
