Requirement:

  • Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree from any major.

  • At least 4 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar role.

  • Experienced in leading team.

  • Excellent analytical skill & communication skill.

  • Willing to be placed in Sumatra ( Banda Aceh, Pekanbaru, Jambi, Muara Bungo, Lampung, Bengkulu, Palembang).

Job Description:

  • Managing and supporting the sales team to achieve sales target.

  • Developing an overall business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals.

  • Monitoring and analyzing team performance.

  • Building and maintaining good relationship and communication with all customers.
