Asisstant Manager Fatty Alcohol Production

• Ensure safety, optimization, and operational efficiency of Fatty Alcohol production.

• Coordinate with other departments for raw material supply, maintenance, product quality, and timely delivery.

• Plan workforce hiring, work assignments, and set performance expectations.

• Evaluate production performance and implement improvements.

• Plan and manage plant shutdowns and repairs.

• Maintain high standards of environmental and workplace safety.

• Enforce quality, food safety, halal, kosher, environmental, and occupational safety systems.

• Report emergency or hazardous situations to relevant stakeholders.

• Zero unplanned downtime due to equipment failure.

• 100% product compliance with quality standards and zero contamination.

• Zero workplace accidents.

• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (any major).

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in Fatty Alcohol Production.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, GMP+B2, ISO 14000, ISO 45001, Halal, and Kosher systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.

• Data entry and document management.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Time management, prioritization, and public speaking skills.

• Team development and ability to work with minimum supervision.

• Fluent in English communication.
