WE ARE HIRING - LEGAL ASSISTANT

Location: Jakarta & Bali Employment

Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the preparation, review, and administration of company contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

  • Drafting and reviewing corporate legal documents such as Deeds of Establishment, Articles of Association, Shareholder Resolutions, and company registrations/permits

  • Ensuring company compliance with prevailing laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

  • Maintaining and organizing legal files, documentation, and correspondence.

  • Coordinating with external legal counsel, notaries, and government institutions when required.

  • Conducting legal research and preparing summaries for the Legal Manager.

  • Providing administrative support to the legal department and assisting in litigation-related matters

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a legal or corporate law environment (fresh graduates with strong academic background are welcome to apply).

  • Good knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly corporate law, contract law, and labor law.

  • Specialized knowledge and hands-on experience in handling corporate legal documents (company establishment, notarial deeds, licenses, compliance reports, etc.).

  • Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.

  • High attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).

  • High integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
