1. Coordinate with production team, Planning team

2. Create daily and weekly preparation plan

3. Do problem solving at the rate of production by using basic lean tools and IE tools

4. Kaizen mindset by having idea of improvement

5. Design suitable work aids and attachment for particular style

6. Monitoring and make sure on time layout changing and work aids installations
