About the role

As an Assistant Manager in the F&B Industry, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Restaurant establishment in Jakarta & Tangerang. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, catering to the diverse needs of our valued customers.

What youll be doing

• Assisting the General Manager in managing and leading the front-of-house and back-of-house teams

• Ensuring exceptional customer service by training, supervising and motivating staff

• Overseeing inventory management, cost control and financial reporting

• Implementing effective operational strategies to drive efficiency and profitability

• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities

• Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety and regulatory standards

• Providing support and guidance to team members to help them achieve their professional goals

What were looking for

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar Assistant Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality or F&B industry

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in inventory management, cost control and financial reporting

• Working knowledge of relevant health, safety and regulatory standards

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Willing to be located in Kelapa Gading/Central Park/Gading Serpong/Alam Sutera
