About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at Ocean Dynasty Restaurant in Kuta, Bali. In this contract position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our renowned restaurant, contributing to the overall success of the business.

What youll be doing

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and financial reporting

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth

• Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain the highest levels of service and compliance

• Provide leadership and support to the restaurant team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage the restaurants financial records to optimize operational efficiency

• Assist in the development and implementation of staff training programs to enhance skills and promote professional development

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones

• Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes of the restaurant

What were looking for

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar assistant restaurant management or leadership role within the hospitality and tourism industry

• Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial management

• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide an exceptional dining experience to guests

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate leadership qualities
