Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver excellent guest experiences

• Assist in managing staff scheduling, floor supervision, and shift briefings

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards

• Support marketing and community engagement activities aligned with the restaurants mission

• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care

• Contribute to cost control and revenue optimization while upholding service quality

• Represent the restaurants values and mission of supporting dog welfare in Bali

• A dog lover

• Interested in health & fitness

• Highly motivated to learn, grow, and progress

• ⁠Always full of ideas (creative) to bring people together and foster community

• Proven 3-5 years experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role within F&B

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Passionate about hospitality, guest service, and community-driven concepts

• Comfortable working in a restaurant environment where dogs are present

• Organized, proactive, and hands-on approach to problem-solving

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Willing to relocate to Bali
