Role Overview:

As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets. You'll lead a dynamic team, foster strong relationships with clients and partners, and play a critical role in expanding our market footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both B2B and B2C channels.

• Manage, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key business partners and retail clients.

• Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with proven leadership in B2B and/or B2C environments.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

• Willing to travel as required.
