Job Descriptions :
The incumbent will be accountable for developing and implementing Sales strategy and plan for her/his respective Store for achieving company's sales number.
S/he will be responsible for Sales Target as well as Sales Budget, Analyzing store sales, operational and generating reports on the daily/monthly/yearly sales for planning and reviewing purposes. Monitoring and controlling the efficiency of stores on daily basis; including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, advertising & promotion also customer service. S/he will also be maintaining relationship, communicating & negotiating with all area partners also implementing changes and improvement required by the management.
Job Requirements :
At least Senior High School or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level.
At least 3 years working experiences as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager level, preferably from Retail industry.
Willingness to commit for long-term career in retail company.
Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa.
Good and proficient Microsoft skills.
