Associate Corporate Lawyer

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support for the company and its affiliates business/projects in Indonesia), managing and mitigating legal risks.

• Draft and review various business contracts and legal documents, participate in contract negotiations, and provide daily legal consultations.

• Handle the companys dispute resolution, company establishment and restructuring.

• Handle business licensing, intellectual property right, employment documents and dispute resolution.

• Assist business departments in risk management throughout the lifetime of the business operation, offering professional opinions and suggestions.

• Undertake other tasks assigned by senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or higher in law, with at least 3 years of work experience. Preference will be given to candidates with lawyer or in-house experience.

• Preferably have an advocates license from PERADI.

• Legal professional qualification in the respective jurisdiction.

• Excellent English and/or Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills is a plus.

• Seasoned analysis, judgement, communication, and coordination skills to deliver on-point compliance advice of business.

• Positive attitude, proactive work ethic, and strong ability to handle pressure.
