About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Calcium Salt Manager to lead our calcium salt manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for the end-to-end production process—from raw material preparation through to final finishing—ensuring we meet aggressive output targets without compromising on feed safety or quality.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring delivery schedules and output targets are met consistently.
• Process Excellence: Manage the full calcium salt production lifecycle, optimizing parameters like temperature, moisture, and reaction efficiency.
• Quality & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to product specifications, feed safety standards, and HSE regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance yield, minimize waste, and improve OEE.
• Team Development: Lead, train, and mentor shift supervisors and operators to foster a high-performance culture.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with Supply Chain for raw material flow (PFAD, Calcium Oxide) and Maintenance for equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in oleochemicals, or a related processing industry and 5 years in calcium salt area.
• Mandatory Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of fat and oil processing, saponification/neutralization, and drying systems.
• Performance Analytics: High proficiency in calculating and improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), yield, and throughput.
• Systems: Proficiency with PLC/SCADA.
• Lokasi: Based in or willing to relocate to Dumai, Riau.
