Bar Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our talented team at By Suka Collective in Ubud, Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient bar management.

What youll be doing

• Supervise and lead the bar team, providing training and coaching to ensure high standards of service

• Manage the bars inventory, stock ordering, and cost control to maximise profitability

• Create and implement bar shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times

• Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and bar promotions to drive sales

• Monitor and address customer feedback, resolving any issues promptly and effectively

• Ensure the bar area is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation

• Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll, timekeeping, and reporting

What were looking for

• Minimum 2 years experiences.

• Strong interpersonal, management & organization skills.

• Good Communication skill with strong motivational/leadership abilities

• Guest service oriented, able to work in a team of talented professionals

• In-depth knowledge of alcoholic beverages, mixology techniques, wine, and cocktail creation

• Ability to maintain drink quality, consistency, and prepare daily reports and stock control
