Duties and Responsibilites:

• Logistic planning for barge arrival and departure for all export shipments liasing with internal and external parties.

• Ensuring berthing schedules align with cargo readiness and barge capacity.

• Point of contact for barge bookings related to barge departures and arrival schedule; documentation and communication with extenal party.

• Continual review of shipment schedules and reporting exceptions if any to relevant stake holders.

• Manage and maintain accuracy of shipment data and tracking the container status.

• Generate reports on booking volumes, vessel/barge utilization.

Requirement & Qualification:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree with all major.

2. Have experience 1-2 years in logistics and supply chain would be prefer, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

3. A proactive individual with strong agility and proven ability to work on cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.

4. Strong analytics skills and logical thinking.

5. Solid communication and presentation skills, including experience with communicating with others from different cultures.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point and Power BI.

7. Fluency in English is a must

8. Eager to step outside of the comfort zone to Sei Mangkei, North Sumatera.
