Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare and serve beverages that meet quality standards

  • Educate customers about coffee and brewing methods

  • Properly handle and maintain all equipment

  • Respond to orders, questions, concerns and complaints in a polite and efficient manner

  • Receive and process customer payments

  • Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils and equipment

  • Serve customers quickly and efficiently

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
