Who We Are Looking For: 

• We are looking for a passionate Barista to make exceptional quality beverages, generally speciality hot drinks, preparing food orders, responsible for the cash register, cleaning and maintaining stock.

• To be successful in this role, you should have good attention to detail with great communication skills, be able to handle food properly and memorize ingredients while also making changes when asked by customers. Your memory skills should be sharp as this will add efficiency to a customers experience, enhancing a Baristas customer service skills.

• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.

• Serve customers quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers as they enter.

2. Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.

3. Properly handle and maintain all equipment.

4. Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients.

5. Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.

6. Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures.

7. Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins

8. Keep the bar area clean.

9. Maintain stock of clean mugs, plates, and other supplies.

10. Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.

11. Comply with health and safety regulations.

12. Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.

13. Serve customers quickly and efficiently.

14. Report to Manager if there any malfunction equipments or any comments, suggestions or any complain from the customers.

15. Make sure Cafe Area are clean and tidy including to watering all plants at cafe.

16. Make sure every hour go arround to the Coworking space to clear up any dirty dishes from customers.

17. Make sure to following the instructions for handling Safety and Hygiene sanitations.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of experience in related field as Barista/Waiter/Waitress, relevant training is a plus.

2. Hands-on experience with brewing equipment.

3. Knowledge of sanitation regulations.

4. Flexibility to work various shifts.

5. Having experience in making latte art is a plus.

6. Ability to problem solve quickly.

7. Good english communication skills is a must.

8. Having passion and enthusiasm in F&B industry.

9. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

10. Ability to follow directions.

11. Able to work well with minimum supervision from superior.
