About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team at Ganesha Ek Sanskriti Restaurant in Jakarta. As a contract Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. What youll be doing

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
  • Mix, garnish, and present drinks according to established recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and tools are in good working order
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, anticipating guests needs and ensuring a positive dining experience
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
  • Comply with all relevant health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations

    • What were looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a similar hospitality environment
  • Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, bartending techniques, and bar equipment
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to delivering a exceptional guest experience
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
