Job descriptions
Create invoices for all customer orders and manage billing for returned orders.
Input and report sales tax to Coretax.
Prepare all supporting billing documents for handover to the collection team.
Follow up with customers to resolve any billing issues related to invoices, output tax, and required documentation.
Ensure the smooth and complete netting of invoices and taxes.
Coordinate and report all billing management transactions to headquarters.
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Taxation, or Business.
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a related field.
Detail-oriented is a must.
Goal and target-oriented.
Proficient in Ms. Excel.
Leadership skills.
Communication and negotiation skills.
