About the RoleAre you an experienced BIM Manager with a passion for leading complex, mission-critical projects? We are seeking a talented BIM professional to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in the delivery of Data Center projects in Jakarta. This contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge facilities that support global technology infrastructure.
What You'll Be DoingLead the implementation, coordination, and management of BIM processes across Data Center design and construction projects.
Establish and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows tailored to mission-critical facilities.
Manage and coordinate MEP, architectural, and structural models, ensuring clash detection and smooth integration with Data Center systems (power, cooling, fire safety, security).
Oversee BIM data accuracy throughout the full project lifecycle, from concept to handover.
Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and compliance with Data Center requirements.
Troubleshoot BIM-related issues and provide technical guidance to project teams.
Train and mentor team members on BIM tools and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Proven experience as a BIM Manager (experience in Data Center, Industrial, or Mission-Critical projects is highly preferred).
Strong expertise in BIM tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, Dynamo).
Solid understanding of construction processes, MEP coordination, and high-specification building systems.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage collaboration across multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
A proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation in BIM processes and project delivery.
