Branch Manager Electronics

The opportunity

Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our electronics retail branch in Pekanbaru, Riau. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, overseeing operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service at our local store.

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations of the branch, including inventory management, staffing, and financial reporting

2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targeted revenue and profitability goals

3. Provide strong leadership and motivation to the store team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and local stakeholders

5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and make data-driven decisions to improve the branchs performance

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements

7. Collaborate with the regional management team to identify and implement best practices across the network

What were looking for

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management as a Branch Manager, preferably in the electronics or consumer goods industry

2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational efficiency

3. Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders

6. Familiarity with the local Pekanbaru market and understanding of the regional consumer electronics landscape

7. Proficiency in English
