About the role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Branch Manager to oversee our South Sumatra operations for PT Yongwang Electronics Indonesia, a leading electronics manufacturer. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our South Sumatra branch, ensuring its continued success and growth. This is a full-time position based in Sulawesi.
What you'll be doing
Providing effective leadership and direction to the South Sumatra branch team
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
Managing the branch's operational and financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within the region
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners
Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Reporting on branch performance and providing recommendations to senior management
What we're looking for
Substantial experience (8+ years) in a sales management or branch management role, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing industry
Proven track record of driving sales, revenue, and profitability growth
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and performance reporting
Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
Must be able to speak English, can speak mandarin a plus
