• Kemampuan Leadership dan Komunikasi yang handal
• Kemampuan Analisa dan Problem Solving yang mumpuni
• Memiliki koneksi luas dengan pihak eksternal, seperti dealer, pihak berwajib dsb
• Bersedia di tempatkan di Wilayah Sumatera Barat dan sekitarnya
