Branch Operation Staff

Job Description:

  • Handle daily operational activities in the branch to ensure smooth and efficient banking services.

  • Support and monitor frontliners (Teller & Customer Service) in their operational tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and banking regulations.

  • Maintain accurate records and prepare required operational reports.

  • Assist in branch cash management, reconciliation, and transaction monitoring.

  • Coordinate with related departments to resolve operational issues.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of branch service quality and operational excellence.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in any major.

  • Fresh graduate are welcome, but if you have minimum 1-2 years of working experience in branch operations within the banking industry is plus point.

  • Good knowledge of banking operational processes and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin Branch.
