The Brand Designer Role

TOKEN2049 and SuperAI - two leading brands in the crypto and AI industries - are entering their next growth phase. In this role, youll shape the visual narrative for both brands, influencing how audiences perceive and engage with us. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling designs that strengthen our brand identities, maintain visual consistency, and connect with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Design Lead to develop and execute brand direction while maintaining project consistency
  • Create cohesive visual branding that aligns with current trends in AI, Web3, and blockchain spaces
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a consistent visual identity
  • Mentor junior designers and foster an innovative, collaborative team environment
  • Keep current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to enhance team capabilities

Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in graphic design
  • A comprehensive portfolio showcasing mastery of print, digital, and multimedia design
  • Expert knowledge of typography, color theory, and composition
  • Sharp eye for detail and commitment to maintaining design consistency
  • Excellent communication skills for idea presentation and feedback delivery
  • Problem-solving mindset to tackle design challenges and deliver effective solutions

Start Date: As Soon as Possible

Hybrid Role: Welcome Candidates in Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand or other Asia Countries
