As a Brand Team, you will be responsible for leading snack category growth in Modern Trade by driving brand strategy, executing 360° marketing campaigns, and building sustainable consumer demand.

What will you do?

  • Brand Strategy & Performance: Be directly accountable for the end-to-end category performance, including sales volume, market share, and brand profitability, encompassing COGS and margin.
  • Consumer Funnel Building: Craft the brand's Pekerjaan To Be Done (JTBD) and translate this into a comprehensive brand strategy and activation plan.
  • Growth & Advocacy: Build a robust consumer funnel from initial awareness all the way through to advocacy.
  • Profitability Management: Establish, maintain, and continuously analyze brand category profitability.
  • Data Diagnostics: Conduct regular and comprehensive sales performance reviews to diagnose issues and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the brand lead for cross-functional collaboration to ensure an integrated Go-To-Market approach across Sales, Supply Chain, and Digital Media.
  • Brand Development: Lead core brand development discussions for innovations and renovations to ensure brand consistency and share insights across channels, including but not limited to the development of new brands.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven 3-4+ years of progressive brand management experience within the FMCG industry.
  • Direct experience handling a Foods category, with Snacks or Confectionery being highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success and deep understanding of the Modern Trade landscape (minimarkets, supermarkets, hypermarkets).
  • Experience in innovation project management will be a plus
  • Expert knowledge of the full marketing mix: Product, Price, Place, Promotion, Portfolio, ProPosisi, Partnership & Pack.
  • Robust business acumen with a clear focus on category profitability, COGS, margin, and pricing strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with an affinity for numbers and data-driven thinking to accurately interpret sales performance and consumer panel data.
  • Proven ability to translate complex consumer and shopper research into clear, actionable consumer insights.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, for both written and verbal communication.
