Budgeting and Forecasting Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.

  • Analyze financial trends, variances, and performance to support strategic decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather inputs and ensure accurate projections.

  • Provide timely and insightful reporting to management.

  • Ensure budget compliance and recommend cost optimization opportunities.

  • Assist in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and long-term planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing company.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP or financial planning software is a plus.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

  • Willing to be based in Gianyar, Bali.
