La Boutique Luxs Villas is a premium hospitality property in Bali, known for exceptional service and comfort. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance & Engineering professional to join our team in ensuring all villa facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform daily preventive and corrective maintenance on all villa facilities (electrical, plumbing, AC, pool, and building structures).

2. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests or other departments.

3. Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment and facilities are in proper working condition.

4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inventory of tools/spare parts.

5. Collaborate closely with Operations and Housekeeping teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

6. Familiar with AI.

Requirements

1. Max 45 years old.

2. Min 2 years of experience in engineering/maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.

3. Proficient in electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general repair.

4. Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

5. Able to work in a team environment.

6. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
