• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,500,000 per bulan

A Villa in Uluwatu, Bali ​is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Mainetnance Engineering (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Undertake plumbing, electrical and mechanical engineering work as necessary to maintain safe and efficient systems

• Perform preventive maintenance work orders

• Ensure that the fire alarm systems meet the requirements and standards

• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, laundry equipment and HVAC systems

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on guest rooms and build equipment, repair or replace broken or defective parts and fixtures, perform preventative maintenance services on systems and equipment and assist with any other maintenance needs at the building as needed

• Ensure that all the lighting, electric power and plumbing are safe, secure and positioned precisely

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times

Requirements:

• Proficient in written and verbal English communication would be a plus

• Proven working experience as a Handyman or in a similar role

• Good understanding of safety guidelines

• Well-organized and apt in problem-solving

• Attention to details
