We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions. You will play a critical role in ensuring that every internal development initiative aligns with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis: Gather and document business needs from various stakeholders.
Business Process Modeling: Analyze existing processes (as-is) and design more efficient future processes (to-be).
Functional Specifications: Develop user stories, flowcharts, and technical documentation as references for development.
Communication Bridge: Act as the main liaison between business units and IT/development teams.
Solution Validation: Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase to ensure that the developed solution meets user expectations.
1st Layer Support: Serve as the initial contact for application-related issues and perform first-level filtering before escalating to the next layer or development team.
Data Analysis: Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or a similar role.
Strong analytical thinking in identifying root causes and solving problems systematically.
Experience providing first-level support for system/user inquiries or issues.
Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.
Skilled in creating both business and technical documentation (BRD, FSD, user stories, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Jira, Visio, or similar tools.
Ability to write basic SQL queries.
Understanding of APIs, microservices, and basic technical concepts.
Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.).
Experience in the automotive industry.
