Business Development Executive

The opportunity

As a Business Development Executive at PT Arsanta Mitra Logistik, you will play a crucial role in driving the companys growth and expansion. Joining our dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Jakarta region (or Surabaya).

Key responsibilities

1. Proactively research and identify potential clients in the Jakarta area

2. Initiate and manage the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals

3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to devise effective sales strategies

5. Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance

6. Contribute to the development of sales tools and resources

7. Continuously seek opportunities to expand the customer base

What were looking for

1. Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the logistics industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients

3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

4. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

5. Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both verbal and written

6. Relevant tertiary qualification in business, sales, or a related field
