Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are an early-stage company looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Executive to help us grow. Your main responsibility will be to acquire new clients and projects, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth.

This is a long-term opportunity for individuals who are passionate about building something meaningful from the ground up. Outstanding performers may be offered a future C-Level (e.g., Chief Business Officer) position as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients

  • Pitch and present our services to prospects (online & offline)

  • Negotiate, close deals, and secure projects for the company

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

  • Meet or exceed revenue targets and contribute to company growth

  • Work closely with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Business Development, Sales, or related field

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Proactive, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Wide professional network is a plus

  • Candidates based in Yogyakarta are highly preferred

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively

Compensation

  • Commission-Only Structure:

  • Earn 10%-20% commission from the total value of every successfully closed project

  • Example: Closing a project worth IDR 100,000,000 earns you IDR 10,000,000-20,000,000

  • No base monthly salary

  • Additional performance bonuses for outstanding results
