About the role

We are seeking a talented Junior or Senior Business Development to join our growing team at Grow Indonesia. Based in the vibrant city of Badung, Bali, this full-time position will see you playing a key role in our dynamic Legal department. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for a range of Business Development and reporting duties that are essential to the success of our business.

What youll be doing

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify new market trends, industry shifts, potential growth areas, and untapped customer segments. This involves analyzing competitors, spotting market gaps, and assessing where the company can expand.

  • Opportunity Identification: Proactively discover and explore new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships, or new products and services.

  • Strategic Thinking: Think strategically, seeing the "bigger picture" and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business.

  • Business Plan Development: Create detailed business plans that outline strategies for new markets, client needs, and new products, along with growth projections and expected outcomes.

  • Client Acquisition: Generate leads, cold call prospective customers, and identify appropriate contacts within organizations.

  • Relationship Management: Foster and develop strong, long-term relationships with customers, clients, partners, sponsors, and donors to secure repeat business and new opportunities.

  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with stakeholders, clients, and partners to close deals and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Client Understanding: Understand the needs of customers and effectively respond with plans to meet those needs.

  • Pitching and Selling: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations for successful client acquisition.

  • Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Sales Campaign Planning: Help to plan and execute sales campaigns.

  • Sales Forecasting and Analysis: Carry out sales forecasts and analysis, presenting findings to senior management.

  • Lead Management: Track and manage leads, ensuring they move through the sales cycle.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product development, and operations to develop strategies that align with market demands and client needs.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Present business plans and growth strategies to company leaders and stakeholders, gaining their buy-in.

What were looking for

  • Any Degree

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the Legal Industry

  • Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication and analytical skills
