Business Development Lead
Company Overview: This Company is an innovative personal loans aggregator headquartered in Singapore with an expansion in Indonesia. We are dedicated to simplifying the loan process by connecting borrowers with a wide range of licensed personal lenders. As we expand our operations, we seek a forward-thinking Business Development Manager to lead the onboarding of licensed lenders, enhance our platforms capabilities, and grow our market presence across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Licensed Personal Lender Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard licensed moneylenders across Jakarta, ensuring they are effectively integrated into our platform to offer borrowers a variety of loan options.
Customer Sales Conversion: Handle client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and providing support throughout the loan process, while also driving client satisfaction and retention.
Revenue Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed aggressive revenue targets, aligning business development activities with overall company goals.
Platform Development: Lead the design and implementation of a platform that efficiently matches borrowers with personal lenders, optimizing the user experience for both parties.
Market Expansion: Strategically expand our reach beyond Jakarta to other key regions in Indonesia, identifying new market opportunities and developing regional partnerships.
Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with moneylenders, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement with the platform.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of lenders on the platform, using insights to continuously improve offerings and processes.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all onboarding processes, platform operations, and partnerships comply with local regulations and adhere to industry standards.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, particularly in the personal financial services or fintech industry.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
Skills:
Proven ability to onboard and manage partnerships
Strong project management skills with experience in platform development.
Expertise in developing and optimizing process flows and operational efficiencies.
Experience with implementing digitization initiatives and working with tech vendors.
In-depth knowledge of the personal lending market in Indonesia, particularly in and outside Jakarta.
Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
