Business Development Manager

Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development or a similar role.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities and partnerships.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to support business expansion strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and international partners.

  • Develop business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Represent the company in overseas business trips and client meetings.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Intellectual, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

  • Willingness to travel abroad for business assignments.

  • Willing to work from the office (WFO) with working hours Monday to Friday, based at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK).
