Job Description:PT Niaga Aneka Mode is looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role is responsible for developing business strategies, building partnerships with key stakeholders, and ensuring company revenue growth in line with set targets. Responsibilities:

• Develop business strategies to increase sales and expand market reach.
• Conduct market research and industry trend analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare business proposals, deliver presentations, and lead contract negotiations.
• Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve company targets.
• Report business performance, analysis, and progress updates to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective strategy implementation.
• Develope and maintain Business Strategy ( Bazzar etc)Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development/Marketing/Sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Target-oriented, strategic thinker, analytical, and innovative.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Knowledge and experience in the retail/fashion industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analysis tools.
• Willing to travel for business purposes as required.
