Business Development Manager

Qualification:

• Maximum age of 35 years.

• Minimum Bachelors degree and majoring in chemistry is preferred. 

• Minimum 3-5 years working experience - working experience in Kitchen Chemicals Suppliers/Manufacturers is an advantage.

• Fluent English both oral and written is a must.

• Working knowledge of the Food Service and hospitality industry (food manufacturer, food distributor, equipment specialist) ideally, with a proven successful experience to develop a distribution network is an advantage.

• High drive and energy, combined with charismatic personality able to motivate and enthuse.

• Result oriented.

• Able to work in a team, open to criticism, honest, persistent.

• Fast learner, diligent, initiative in the works, meticulous in work and able to work under pressure 

• Computer literate (MS Office)

Job descriptions:

• Develop and looking for new channel customers for all products in the country.

• Maintain and developing the existing distribution network in the country.

• Marketing equipment through the various channels: kitchen contractors, key account customers, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, factories and other end user markets

• Visiting end users: hotels, restaurants, bakery & pastry shops, hospitals, caterers, central kitchens, factories staff canteen, etc

• Provide the hands-on demonstration and the training to customers

• Available to travel 80% of his time to visit the distribution network and the users.

• Other jobs assignment by Sales Director.
