Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree, preferably graduated from a university in China

- Preferably with working experience in China

- Possess strong people skills & target-oriented mindset

- Able to think critically and work well under pressure

- Must have own private vehicle

Job Description:

- Build and develop business relationships with Chinese clients and partners

- Coordinate with internal Brighton divisions for China property listings, client service, and project promotion

- Conduct market research, lead generation, and prospect follow-ups

- Support marketing and sales strategies specific to China Division campaigns

- Provide client assistance and act as liaison for property inquiries, especially for Mandarin-speaking clients

- Represent Brighton at property expos and international client meetings when needed
