Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential B2B partners such as MT/GT outlets, salons, and resellers. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and partner feedback to optimize sell-through. Collaborate with internal teams (sales admin, supply chain, marketing) to support partner needs.
Conduct regular visits and market checks to strengthen market presence and gather insights. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in offline B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or retail industry.
Confident in managing diverse types of partners, from retail chains to small businesses. Willing to travel regularly for partner visits and sales outreach. Results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and expanding distribution.
