Business Development- Psychologist (Internship)

About the roleThis is an exciting opportunity for graduates in Psychology to join Lead Insurance Brokers as Business Development - Psychologist Interns on a contract basis. As part of the team, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to promote the companys mental & emotional health and wellness services to corporate clients.

What youll be doing

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the companys mental & emotional health and wellness programs

• Conduct research to identify potential corporate clients and their needs in the area of employee health and wellbeing

• Liaise with corporate clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored mental & emotional health and wellness solutions

• Deliver mental & emotional health and wellness presentations and workshops to corporate clients

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging program for the company

• Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed

What were looking for

• Degree in Psychology, Dietetics, or a related Health Sciences field

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences

• Strong research and analytical skills to identify client needs and develop effective solutions

• Passion for health and wellness, with a desire to help corporate clients improve the wellbeing of their employees

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Proficient in MS Office suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
