RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Analysing industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

·        Finding and approaching potential clients or business partners, often through networking, cold calling, or digital channel.

·        Presenting the company's products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with new clients.

·        Developing strategies to enter new markets, expand the company's reach, or improve existing business models.

·        Manage the daily sales and marketing performance of multiple branches.

·        Ensure each branch meets its student enrolment and revenue targets.

·        Develop and implement strategies to drive student acquisition and retention.

·        Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure long-term business success.

·        Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

JOB QUALIFICATION

·        Bachelor's degree in any field, with a strong interest in business and management.

·        Good in negotiate and problem solving skills.

·        Highly motivate in Business Development.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

·        Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.

·        Ability to think strategically and drive business initiatives forward.

·        Previous experience at Education Company will be considered a plus.
